Miscellaneous Fees

  • Returned Check fee $30.00.
  • Connect fee:  Homeowners $100.00, Rental Homes $125.00.
  • Temp cut/on for clean-up $15.00 plus water usage.
  • Reconnect fee for nonpayment of account during normal business hours $50.00.  After hours 4:00pm-8:00am on normal workday $65.00.  Weekends and/or Holidays $75.00
  • Service charge for cut/off for customers for repairs $25.00.  After hours $35.00.  Weekends/Holidays $50.00
  • Transfer fee for customer in good standing $25.00.
  • Transfer fee for customer in arrears $50.00.
  • Filling tanks for non-customers $10.00 min. $10.00 per thousand gallons.
  • Bill due date is the 3rd of each month, late charge 10% – No late notices will be mailed.
  • Unpaid accounts will have service discontinued on the 9th of the month.
  • There shall be a meter for each dwelling and each business. No tie-ons will be permitted.
  • All customers need a cut-off on their side of the meter, service charge for cut-off for customer repairs on their side will be $25.00, after hours 4:00pm-8:00am and weekends $35.00.
